With offices in Waltham Abbey and Hertford we are an independent firm of Chartered Management Accountants and Business Advisors. Our client base is varied and ranges from private clients through to larger companies covering many industry sectors.
We are Chartered Management Accountants and place great emphasis on the Management Accounting aspect of the business. All of our clients benefit from our pro-active approach, continually discussing all accounting issues that progress throughout the year. As a result we are able to anticipate problems and recommend practical solutions before the year end, pre empting any possible future issues.
We have a very flexible approach to our client's needs, we offer more than the routine annual reporting function. Our expertise lies in assisting businesses throughout the year, meeting with management, providing up to date information and advice on how to move the business forward. We are dedicated to providing all of our clients with the first class, professional service that every business deserves.
The two Directors of the business are Paul McKay BA (Hons) Econ. FCMA and Aynsley Ball MAAT ACCA.
Paul McKay started the business in 2004 having previously worked in industry. With a background of working for owner managed companies, Paul has vast experience in reporting to Directors and has carried that on in practice. A Chartered Management Accountant, where required Paul attends regular meetings with clients keeping them up to date with how their company is performing and how the company can improve its profitability. If regular meetings are not required Paul will meet with clients when draft or final Annual Accounts have been prepared to discuss any issues business owners may have face to face. Paul tries to always be available for contact on either landline, mobile or email to assist clients with any business matters throughout the year, we really place emphasis on not simply being accountants who you speak to once a year or pass you onto a junior member of staff when you need real business advice. Outside of work Paul is an avid sports fan which includes being a keen golfer and as a result of being a glory hunter of a child - a Liverpool fan born 200 miles from Liverpool!
Based in Hertford, Aynsley Ball is a Chartered Certified Accountant with vast experience in payroll plus book keeping systems such as Sage, Quickbooks and VT. Aynsley is the first point of contact for any book keeping requirements companies may have, plus any Sage training needs whilst also being very much hands on in the preparation of client accounts. Like Paul, Aynsley also worked in industry for owner managed companies until he started working in practice in 2003. Aynsley has the ability to discuss accounting matters in a clear and concise manner. Outside of work Aynsley enjoys listening to his vast vinyl collection, much to the disdain of his family and is a loyal Spurs fan who can regularly be found on the terraces of White Hart Lane.
